CANCELLATION
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you have 24 hours from the time of your appointment to do so. Notice given less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of services reserved along with all processing fees. All NO SHOWS & DAY OF cancellations will be charged 100% of services reserved plus all processing fees. Any cancellations due to a COVID related matter will also be charged 100% of services reserved along with all processing fees. PLEASE NOTE a credit card will be required to make an appointment.
If you are running late, please call or text to let me know. Any arrivals after the 10-minute window I unfortunately will not be able to accommodate, and you will be charged for services reserved along with processing fees.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, and PayPal. All of our electronic payments are through our secured booking system, Vagaro.
KID POLICY
Please know Slippery When Waxed is not a kid friendly studio. I ask that no kids under the age of 12 accompany you to your appointment.
